摘  要:为了解决AT自动变速箱挂双挡或多挡的故障问题,设计了AT电控系统电磁阀组工作状态的监测方案.该方案通过对电磁阀工作电流的采集、处理,实现了电磁阀组状态的实时监测.当AT电控系统TCU检测到不应导通的电磁阀电流大于209 m A时,即保护点电压为418 m V时,AT电控系统立即切断所有输出驱动信号,使自动变速箱处于空挡状态.通过台架试验表明该方案能够对自动变速箱进行挡位保护,防止多个电磁阀同时导通,解决了由于电缆短路或电磁阀故障等原因引起的变速箱挂双挡的问题.In order to solve the fault problems of the Automatic Transmission gearbox with double gear state, a method employing realtime monitor system for the electromagnetic valve group is proposed. The monitor function is realized by the current collection and regulation of the electromagnetic valve group.
