青年医学生法治教育现状及路径探析——以上海交通大学医学院为例

摘　　要：大学生的法治教育,尤其是医学生的法治教育对构建法治社会、改善社会民生、维护医疗安全意义重大。然而,在教学实践中,由于医学生课业压力巨大、相关法律课程教学形式单调、法律意识与行为选择存在脱节、医疗纠纷频现等因素,使得医学生的法治教育仍有进一步完善空问。结合调研数据及相关案例,提出侧重价值观教育、发挥医学生主体作用、充分挖掘教育资源等思路,不失为促使医学生真正地感受法治力量,培育法治精神的有效路径。Law - related education of college students, especially that of medical students, exerts a fundamental impact on the building of a society ruled by law, the improvement of people＇ s livelihood and the maintenance of medical safety as well. This article takes questionnaire data and practice of SHSMU as examples, proposing the idea of emphasizing the education of life values, giving medical students the full play, together with cross - department cooperation served as effective approaches to law - related educa- tion of medical students.
