摘　　要：综述了近年来外源激素在野葛愈伤组织诱导、芽的分化培养、生根培养与植株再生、驯化移栽4个阶段的应用及研究成果,为野葛快速繁殖技术的相关研究提供一定参考.This paper summarized the progress of phytohormone application in tissue culture and rapid propagation of Pueraria lobata（ Willd.） Ohwi, including callus induction, adventitious shoot differentiation,rooting and plant regeneration,transplanting domestication. We hoped that it could provide some useful information for the further research on rapid propagation of Pueraria lobata（ Willd.） Ohwi.
