摘 要:目的了解河南省小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的宿主分布、血清学及毒力基因情况。方法于2011—2013年采集腹泻病人粪便、各类家禽家畜粪便、苍蝇以及生熟肉制品涂抹标本,共6 057份,采用冷增菌方法进行目的菌分离。对不同宿主样本中分离到的小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌进行系统生化鉴定、血清学分型和毒力基因PCR检测。结果 6 057份样本中共分离出288株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,检出率为4.75%。所分离的小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌主要血清型是O∶8和O∶5,生物分型以1A为主。O∶3血清型多具有致病性,其中以猪分离株最多。结论河南省小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌在人群和各类动物中均有存在,猪是小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌致病性菌株的主要宿主。We investigated the distribution of Yersinia enterocolitica in Henan Province. We collected 6 057 samples of stool specimen from diarrhea patients and different domestic animals between 2011 and 2013, as well as flies and the daub specimens of raw and cooked meat products. The bacteria were isolated by cold enrichment method, analyzed by the systematic biochemis- tery to determine the serotypes and bio-types, and tested the virulence genes by PCR method. As a result, 288 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were detected in 6 057 specimens and the detection rate was 4. 75 %. The dominant epidemic serotypes of the Yersinia enterocolitica were O : 8 and O : 5, type 1A was the dominant bio-type. The O : 3 type most have pathogenic and primary pathogenic strains were isolated from swine. In brief, the distribution of the host of Yersinia enterocolitica was widespread, while swine was the dominant animal host of athogenic strains.
