摘　　要："艺术性"、"技术性"是数字媒体技术专业的两条主线,如何把这两条主线有机的结合培养出符合行业要求的技能型人才,是该专业人才培养重点要解决的问题。本文基于澳大利亚TAFE的启发,结合行业现状及发展,提出技艺结合的双轨人才培养模式,对传统的人才培养模式进行改革。＂Art＂, ＂technical＂ is a professional digital media technology of two main line, and how to put these two in line with the requirements of industry skill talented person, is the key to solve the problem of cultivating the professional talents. In this paper, inspired by Australian - based TAFE, it combined with the present situa- tion and development of industry, and put forward the training mode of combination of skill of the traditional double track talent, and the talent training mode reform.
