摘 要:翻边成形是板料成形工艺中的重要成形方法,曲面零件的翻边成形是翻边成形中的难点和重点。在实际生产中,曲面零件翻边成形主要存在起皱、拉裂、回弹等成形缺陷。文章以DYNAFORM软件为平台,通过调整冲压方向、冲压速度和有限元模型结构,使得弯曲和翻边工序在一套模具上同时进行,且通过增加凹模的数量、充分利用拉延筋的性质、合理布置拉延筋达到了改善成形缺陷和控制回弹的效果。Flanging is an important method of sheet metal forming, in which the surface parts flanging is one of the most difficult processes. In actual production, the main surface parts flanging forming defects are wrinkling, crack, rebound and other issues. The surfaces are generally formed by two steps including bending and flanging. In this paper, based on the software of DYNAFORM, by adiusting the pressing direction, punching speed and finite element model structure, the re-bending and flanging are integrated on a mold, the number of female die is increased, and reasonable arrangement of drawbeads is conducted by taking full advantage of the feature of drawbeads to achieve the improvements on avoiding forming defects and controlling the rebound effect.
