摘 要:根据单轮旋压工作原理,采用一种变薄旋压工艺成形小口径薄壁筒形件,并通过有限元模拟软件分析了旋轮成形角、减薄率和进给量对金属变形的影响,确定了旋压成形工艺参数。采用模拟结果对小口径铝合金管进行变薄旋压实验,产品的机械性能、内外表面质量和椭圆度都得到了显著的提高,充分证明了该工艺的可行性,为进一步深入研究和推广小口径薄壁筒形件的变薄旋压工艺奠定了基础。A power spinning process was used to research the spinning procedure for small diameter thin-walled cylindrical workpieces based on the working principle of single-wheel spinning. The influences of the wheel forming angle, the reduction ratio and the feeding on metal deformation were analyzed for selecting the reasonable technical parameters through the finite element simulation. The results of small diameter aluminum alloy pipe power spinning experiment showed that the mechanical properties, both inside and outside surface quality and ovality of the product were improved, which fully demonstrated the feasibility of this process. This work had laid a theoretical basis for further in-depth research and extension of power spinning technology for producing small diameter thin-walled cylindrical workpieces.
