摘　　要：利用固定检测器提供的地点车速等参数,选用聚类分析方法建立固定检测设备的交通状态判别算法模型,不同类的交通指数对应不同的计算方法,为城市交通拥堵指数准确计算、交通决策、交通诱导等提供依据,有利于缓解城市道路交通拥堵现状。Using fixed detector provides spot speed and other parameters, the choice of clustering analysis method to establish fixed detection device of traffic state identification algorithm model, different kinds of traffic index corresponding to different calculation methods, for urban traffic congestion index calculation, transportation decision- making, traffic guidance provide the basis, is conducive to ease the situation of urban road traffic congestion.
