摘　　要：为综合分析计算机专业本科毕业生结构性失业的原因,以结构性失业为指导,运用实证研究的方法,从个人观念、自身素质,以及高校就业指导等方面进行剖析。研究表明,应该从提高人才核心竞争力,改革专业人才培养模式,加强"精细化"就业服务体系建设等方面提出对策建议。In order to analyze the causes of structural unemployment of graduates of computer science graduates, the method of empirical research is applied, from the aspects of individual idea, quality and employment guidance. Research shows that improving the core competitiveness of talents, reforming personnel training mode, strengthening the ＂fine＂ employment service system construction should be included in proposals.
