摘　　要：目的探讨广角数字儿童视网膜成像系统RetcamⅢ在新生儿期眼底检查中的作用。方法收集10 000例新生儿的临床资料,其中自然顺产6 822例,助产96例(包括胎头吸引助产69例和产钳助产27例),剖宫产3 082例。采用RetcamⅢ进行眼部检查。结果 1 864例(3 644眼)存在各种眼病:视网膜出血1 798例(3 416眼),其中自然顺产1 655例(24.3%)、胎头吸引助产30例(43.5%)、产钳助产14例(52%)和剖宫产99例(3.2%);早产儿视网膜病变51例(102眼);家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变8例(16眼);青光眼原因待查患儿1例(2眼);视网膜母细胞瘤1例(1眼);牵牛花综合征2例(2眼);先天性脉络膜缺损2例(2眼);先天性视乳头小凹1例(1眼)。结论应用RetcamⅢ筛查新生儿眼底有助于早期诊治新生儿眼病,眼科和新生儿科临床医师应该高度重视新生儿眼病筛查。Objective To investigate the application of Retcam Ⅲ examination in screening neonatal eye diseases. Methods The clinical data of 10 000 infants were analyzed, which included spontaneous vaginal delivery（ n = 6 822）, vacuum-assisted delivery（ n -- 69 ）, obstetrical forceps （ n = 27 ） and cesarean section （ n = 3 082 ）. They all underwent fundus examinations by using Retcam Ⅲ. Results There were abnormal findings in 1 864 infants （3 644 eyes）. Among the infants with diseases, there were l 798 patients （3 416 eyes ） with retinal hemorrhage including spontaneous vaginal delivery（ n = 1 655, 24.3% ）, vacuum-assisted delivery（ n = 30, 43.5% ）, obstetrical forceps （ n = 14, 52% ） and cesarean section （n = 99, 3.2% ）, 51 patients （102 eyes） with retinopathy of prematurity, 8 patients （16 eyes） with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, 1 patient （2 eyes） with infantile glaucoma, I patient （1 eye） with retinoblastoma, 2 patients （ 2 eyes） with morning glory syndrome, 1 patient （ l eye） with choroida] coloboma and 1 patient （1 eye） with congenital optic pit. Conclusions Retcam Ⅲ examination is helpful in the early screening of newborn eye diseases. The importance of screening infantile eye diseases should be recognized by oculists and pediatricians.
