摘　　要：目的分析乳腺恶性淋巴瘤的X线与超声表现特征,提高对此类病变诊断的准确率。方法搜集2009年3月至2014年12月经手术病理证实的9例乳腺原发性和继发性淋巴瘤病例,分析其X线(n=9)和超声(n=7)表现。结果 9例中,7例X线表现为边界光滑的分叶形或椭圆形高密度肿块,2例表现为局灶性或弥漫性致密影。7例行超声检查,多表现为边界清楚或模糊的低回声区,回声不均,伴粗细不均血流。结论 X线或超声表现为孤立性光滑肿块,无钙化,伴或不伴腋窝淋巴结肿大,多见于右侧乳腺者,可考虑乳腺恶性淋巴瘤的诊断。Objective To evaluate the mammography and ultrasound features of malignant breast lymphoma,and to enhance the preoperative diagnosis of it. Methods The mammography（ n = 9） and ultrasound（ n = 7） findings of malignant breast lymphoma confirmed by histopathology during 2010. 5- 2014. 12 were analyzed retrospectively. Out of 9 cases,5 were primary and 4 were secondary. Results The typical appearance on mammography is a smooth,high density and round or lobulated mass（ n = 7）,the rest 2 lesions showed focal or diffuse symmetry. On gray scale ultrasound images,malignant lymphoma of the breast appears as hypoechoic,irregular,or oval mass with sharp or indistinct margins. Conclusion The mammography and ultrasound features of malignant breast lymphoma exhibited isolated mass with well circumscribed,round,or lobular shapes,without calcification,the right breast is predominantly involved,and lymph node enlargement can be seen in several cases.
