常见和非常见部位炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的CT和MRI表现

摘　　要：目的探讨全身常见和非常见部位炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)的CT、MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的42例IMT患者的影像学资料。37例接受CT检查,6例接受MRI检查。结果 42例IMT发生于肺12例,肝脏8例,腹腔及腹膜后5例,胃5例,乳腺及头颈部各3例,膀胱2例,肾、脾、胆囊及大腿软组织各1例。肿瘤表现为实性软组织肿块32例,囊实性肿块10例。大部分病灶密度或信号不均匀,4例病灶内部可见钙化。增强扫描肿瘤实性部分均有"渐进性、持续强化"特点,内部囊变、坏死区无强化;少部分肿瘤可见边缘环状、内部分隔样强化。结论全身常见和非常见部位IMT的CT、MRI表现有一定的共同特征,CT及MRI检查能为IMT诊断与鉴别诊断及术后随访提供有价值的信息。Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor（ IMT） in common and uncommon part of the whole body. Methods A retrospective analysis confirmed by surgery pathology imaging data of42 cases IMT. 37 patients accept CT examination,and 6 patients accept MRI. Results 42 cases of IMT in total,12 cases occurred in lung,8 cases occurred in the liver,5 cases in abdominal and retroperitoneal,5 cases in stomach,3 cases in breast,3 cases in head and neck,2 cases in bladder,and Kidney,spleen,gallbladder and leg soft tissue in 1 case.Tumor characterized by solid soft tissue mass 32 cases,10 cases of cystic or solid mass. The density（ or signal） of the most tumor was uneven,and 4 cases of lesions could be seen calcification. The solid part enhancement presented the characteristics of progressive and continuous strengthening. However,the internal capsule and necrosis area showed no enhanced. A few tumors showed edge ring and internal space enhancement. Conclusion The CT and MRI features of IMT in the whole body have certain common characteristics. CT and MRI can provide valuable information in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for IMT,also in postoperative follow up.
