摘　　要：《窗边的小豆豆》蕴含着丰富的学前教育管理思想,为现代教育注入了新的活力。从巴学园的故事中,笔者能感受到小林宗作先生与众不同的教育理念。笔者结合双因素理论、人际关系理论、环境管理理论和时间管理理论等四种学前管理思想来探析这部作品,希望更多的教育工作者能将这些思想运用到教育实践中,从而提高学前教育管理质量。＆quot;Totto-Chan, The Little Girl at the Window＆quot; contains rich preschool education management thoughts, pouring new vi-tality into the modern education. From the story, the authors feel that the education concept of Mr. Xiaolin is out of ordinary. There are four preschool management theories in the article, such as two factors theory, human relations theory, environmental manage-ment theory and time management theory. It hopes that more ed-ucators could put these thoughts into practice. Moreover, it can improve the quality of preschool education management.
