摘　　要：劳伦斯·科尔伯格创建的道德认知发展理论被各国道德理论家广泛应用于实践中,并被证明是有效的。笔者结合道德认知发展理论的有关内容及我国在校生思想政治教育的现状,挖掘该理论对我国思想政治教育的启示,旨在科学借鉴其思想精华,增强我国在校生思想政治教育的实效性。The moral cognitive development theory is created by Lawrence Kohlberg. It has been widely applied in practice and proved to be effective. The author puts forward some suggestions on the basis of relevant contents of the moral cognitive develop-ment theory and the present situation of our country＇s ideological and political education. The paper is aimed at drawing lessons from the essence of thoughts scientifically,and enhancing the ef-fectiveness of ideological and political education for Chinese stu-dents.
