浅析生物科学专业毕业实习的现状及对策

摘　　要：毕业实习是重要的实践教学。生物科学是一个偏理性的专业,其毕业实习有别于其他应用性较强的专业。本文从学校、老师及学生的角度分析了生物科学专业毕业实习过程中存在的问题,并对相应问题提出对策建议,如调整实习时间和形式、组建专门实习管理小组、规范导师责任制、完善和落实考核制度等,以期达到提高实习质量的目的。Graduation field work is an important part of practical teaching. Biological sciences is a quite theoretical major, there-fore, its graduation field work is different from other practical ma-jors. In this report, the problems of graduate practice of biological sciences major were introduced from the view of schools, teachers and students, and several opinions on improving these problems were suggested, such as adjusting the time and manner of gradu-ation field work, setting up a managing group special for graduate practice, regulating the responsibility of supervisors, perfecting and implementing the accountability standards, , hoping to improve the quality of graduation practice.
