摘　　要：由于社会发展导致的社会环境变化,通讯网络特别是互联网的发展使人们生活节奏的加快,以及住房模式和居住环境的变化,社会互动的缺乏和信任危机的影响,城市小区居民人际关系淡漠,严重影响了社会的和谐与城市居民生活方式的发展。政府有必要关注小区人际关系的发展,要站在一个统领者的位置,从宏观方面来制定相关政策,通过出台各项文件和法规,引导全国城市注重社区环境和小区邻里关系的改善,为城市小区邻里关系的改善和发展指明大的方向。Due to the changes in the social environment resulted from social development, the development of communication net-works, especially the Internet, accelerates people＇s pace of life. Additionally, the changes in housing patterns and living environ-ment, the lack of social interaction and the impact of confidence crisis, and the interpersonal indifference in urban residential ar-eas, have severely affected social harmony and the development of urban lifestyle. It is necessary for the government to focus on the development of interpersonal relationship in residential areas, make related policies from macro aspects, and announce various documents and regulations, so as to guide the improvement of community environment and neighborhood relationship in urban residential areas, and point out a general direction for the im-provement and development of neighborhood relationship in ur-ban residential areas.
