白内障超声乳化术后视力影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：白内障是全世界首要致盲眼病，据世界卫生组织（ WHO）报道全世界的盲目患者中有1600万是白内障患者，几乎占了盲人的50．00％[1]。估计我国积存的需及手术治疗的白内障盲人有300多万人，每年新增白内障盲人约为40万人。随着人口增加和老龄化，这一数字还会增加，因此白内障是防盲致盲最优先考虑的眼病。一般认为白内障不能被预防，但通过手术可将大多数盲人恢复到接近正常视力。分析超声乳化术后视力的影响因素是眼科医生面临新的挑战。Objective：Cataract is the world＆#39;s first blinding eye disease, according to the world health organization blind patients around the world with 16 million cataract patients, accounted for almost 50.00%of the blind.Estimate the blind need stored up in our country and the surgical treatment of cataract has more than 300, ten thousand people, new cataracts blind is about 400000 people a year. As the population increasing and aging, this number will increase, so the cataract is the most priority of blindness blinding eye disease .Generally thought cataract cannot be prevented, but through the operation may restore to close to normal most of the blind vision .Analysis the influ-ence factors of vision after phacoemulsification is an eye doctor facing new challenges.
