功能性消化不良52例中医临床辨证规律研究

摘　　要：目的：探究中医临床辨证在治疗功能性消化不良中的作用。方法：选取我院于2012年5月～2014年5月收治的104例功能性消化不良患者，对临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其分为2组，对照组52采用西药常规治疗，治疗组52例采用中药内服联合温针灸治疗，治疗1个月后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的总有效率96．15％，高于对照组86．53％，且治疗后的临床症状改善情况也优于对照组，差异比较具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：功能性消化不良采用中医临床辨证施治效果显著，有效改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To investigate the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods：104 cases in our hospital in patients with functional dyspepsia May 2012 admitted in May 2014, clinical data were retrospec-tively analyzed, will be divided into two groups, 52 using conventional western medicine treatment group 52 cases with Chinese Herbs combined with warm acupuncture treatment, patient outcomes were compared after one month of treatment.Results：The total efficiency of 96.15%in treatment group, 86.53%higher than the clinical symptoms and improve the situation after treatment than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of functional dyspepsia clinical medicine syn-drome differentiation significant effect, effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
