摘　　要：科技期刊杂志社不同于一般的出版社，科技期刊也不同于一般的社科期刊。正如武夷山等所讲的那样“在中国，科技期刊的发展既是科技事业（它在现阶段的主要属性是公益性）的一部分，叉是文化产业的一部分。一体两翼思想充分体现了唯物主义、和谐理念的科学发展观，一体两翼思想的现实观要求一切从实际出发，整体观就是不要顾此失彼。科技期刊改革过程中出现的问题可以用一体两翼思想思想加以重新分析，并科学性创新性地将其运用到改革中，但如何运用好它不仅需要创新思维，更需要理性思考。Unlike scientific and technical journals magazine publishers, scientific and technical journals also from a general social science journals. As Wuyishan talking about it, in China, the development of scientific and technical journals both science and technology （primarily property at this stage is a public good） part is part of the cultural industry. Two Wings fully reflects the materialistic thinking, harmony the concept of scientific development concept, Two Wings thought-reality requires everything from reality, the whole concept is not to the other. Science and Technology journals reform process problems can be re- analyzed by Two Wings ideological thinking, and scientific innovation to resistance to applied to the reform, but how to use it well requires not only creative thinking, more rational thinking.
