摘 要:包装袋的折边折角作业包括折边和折角2道工序,现有的包装袋折边折角大量采用人工操作,尚未完全实现自动化,工人工作环境差,严重制约了产能的提高。针对这个制约生产效率的短板,对基于PLC的包装袋折边折角作业机械手控制系统进行设计,整个折边折角过程由机器人自动完成。实验结果表明:本文所设计的机械手控制系统能够有效解决包装袋折边折角作业遇到的效率低、可靠差等问题。Packaging ing comer procedure. bag folding edge The existing pac and comer operations include folding edge procedure and fold- kaging bag folding edge and comer by using is mostly manual operation, and it has not been completely automation.
