摘  要:目的研究不同浓度橙皮甙溶液预处理对根方牙本质耐脱矿能力的影响。方法将磨牙牙根制备成4 mm×3 mm×1.6 mm的牙本质块(n=60),打磨抛光后分为阴性对照(双蒸水)、阳性对照(1 000 mg/L Na F)、溶剂对照(1 000 mg/L Na OH)、实验1及实验2组(分别为7 000 mg/L、3 500 mg/L橙皮甙干预组);每组经基线显微硬度测试后进行p H循环,2次/d,共循环7 d;7 d后采用维氏显微硬度计和激光共聚焦显微镜测定根方牙本质表面显微硬度变化及脱矿体积。结果脱矿前各组牙本质显微硬度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),脱矿后1 000 mg/L Na F组和7 000 mg/L橙皮甙组显微硬度差值(ΔSMH)及脱矿体积低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而7 000 mg/L橙皮甙组与1 000 mg/L Na F组相比,ΔSMH和脱矿体积均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 7 000 mg/L橙皮甙溶液能提高根方牙本质的耐脱矿能力,其效果与1 000mg/L Na F溶液相当。Objective To investigate the anti-demineralization effect of different concentrations of hesperidin on human root dentine. Methods The roots of molars were sectioned into 60 slabs of 4 mm × 3 mm× 2 mm. All specimens were randomly divided into five groups according to different pretreatment. The specimens were treated with 1 000 mg/L NaOH in dissolvant control group, double dis- tilled water in negative control group, 1 000 mg/L NaF in positive control group, 7 000 mg/L and 3 500 mg/L hesperidin in experimen- tal groups. Each group was divided into two subgroups to undergo micro-hardness test and mineral loss measurement( n = 6). The pH cycling was employed on human root dentine for 7 d( twice a day). The surface micro-hardness was measured by a Vickers micro-hard- ness tester, and the demineralization lesion depth was evaluated by laser scanning confocal microscope. Results There was no significant difference in surface micro-hardness among all the groups before pH cycling(P 〉0.05). But △SMH and mineral loss in 1 000 mg/L NaF and 7 000 mg/L hesperidin groups were significantly lower than those in the other groups after pH eycling(P 〈0.05), but no statistical difference was observed between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Hesperidin (7 000 mg/L) could inhibit the demineralization of human root dentin, which shows an equivalent effect with 1 000 mg/L NaF solution.
