摘 要:目的探讨高原驻训对战士脑内神经递质的影响。方法试验组为45名某快反部队战士,分别于平原期(入住高原前2周)与高原期(入住高原驻训8周后)使用脑电超慢涨落图技术(ET)进行神经递质检测,得到乙酰胆碱(Ach)、谷氨酸(Glu)、多巴胺(DA)、强兴奋介质(EXC)、乙酰胆碱受体(AchR)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、深抑制介质(INH)9种神经递质检测值,计算相关神经递质的比值,将结果进行自身配对分析。另设正常对照组为45名后勤部队战士,于平原期进行检测,并与试验组两次检测结果进行对比分析。结果平原期战士GABA、EXC、DA值显著高于正常对照(P均<0.05);AchR值显著低于正常对照(P<0.01)。高原期战士EXC值显著高于正常对照(P<0.05);INH值显著低于正常对照(P<0.01)。与平原期比较,高原期战士AchR值显著增高(P<0.01);NE、DA、INH值显著降低(P均<0.05)。相关神经递质的比值变化中,平原期战士Ach/AchR比值显著高于正常对照(P<0.05);5-HT/DA比值显著低于正常对照(P<0.01)。与正常对照比较,高原期战士Ach/AchR、EXC/INH比值显著升高(P均<0.05);5-HT/DA比值显著降低(P<0.05)。与平原期比较,高原期战士EXC/INH比值显著增高(P<0.01)。结论高原低氧使战士脑功能活动受到抑制,单胺类神经递质受到影响最大。Objective To explore the effect of plateau training on the neurotransmitters of soldiers. Methods Forty-five participants from a rapid reaction force were collected. The neurotransmitter levels were measured at 2 week before stationing the plateau (plain group) and at 8 week after plateau training (plateau group) using eucephalofluctuograph technology, respectively. Forty-five soldiers from a logistics force were chosen as normal control group, and the neurotransmitter level was examined on plain. The Ach, Glu, DA, exicted medium ( EXC ) , AchR, GABA, 5-HT, NE, inhibitive medium ( INH ) and the ratio of related neurotransmitter were compared a- mong normal control group, plain group and plateau group. Results Compared with control group, the levels of GABA, EXC and DA in plain group significantly increased ( all P 〈 0.05). The AchR level in plateau group was obviously lower than in control group ( P 〈 O. 01 ). Compared with control group, the level of EXC in plateau group significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ) , and the level of INH signif- icantly decreased( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with plain group, the level of AchR increased in plateau group( P 〈 0.01 ), and the levels of NE, DA, INH reduced( all P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with control group, the level of Aeh/AchR in plain group significantly increased( P 〈 0.05 ), and the level of 5-HT/DA decreased( P 〈 0.01 ). The ratios of Ach/AchR and EXC/INH in plateau group were significantly higher than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the 5-HT/DA ratio was significantly lower than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). And the EXC/INH ratio was higher in plateau group than in plain group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The low oxygen environment on plateau could suppress the brain function activity, and the single amines neurotransmitters have received the biggest influences.
