平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的临床效果。方法 选取2011-12～2014-12间在我院口腔科治疗的口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形患者84例,均采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗,分析治疗效果。结果 84例患者经过平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗后,治愈50例（占59.5%）,基本治愈21例（占25.0%）,好转8例（占9.5%）,无效5例（占6.0%）,总有效率为94.0%。84例患者经过平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗后,发生不良反应的患者共有16例（占19.0%）,其中发热6例,恶心呕吐3例,腹泻5例,局部感染2例。结论 平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形疗效良好,且不良反应相对较少,建议临床广泛采用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone on venous malformation of oral cavity, maxillofacial and neck. Methods Collecting 84 patients with venous malformation of oral cavity, maxillofacial and neck in Depart- ment of Stomatology from December, 2011 to December, 2014, using Pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone. Analyzing the effect of treatment. Results There were 50 cured patients（59, 5% ） ,21 basically cured cases（25.0% ）, 8 turning better cases（9. 5% ）, and 5 in- efficiency cases（6. 0% ）. Total efficiency rate was 94. 0%. There were 16 cases（ 19.0% ）with adverse reaction after treatment, including 6 fever eases, 3 nausea and vomiting eases, 5 diarrhea cases and 2 local infection cases. Conclusion Pingyangmyein combined with dexa- methasone on venous malformation of oral cavity, maxillofacial and neck is useful, with little adverse effect. It is worthy of widely applica- tion with few adverse reaction.
