以废渣配制玻璃着色剂的研究

摘　　要：为解决工业废渣造成的环境污染、降低颜色玻璃制作成本,以铬渣和锰渣为主要原料配制玻璃着色剂制作颜色玻璃,以X射线衍射分析仪判断配合料熔化状况,采用HF722分光光度计测定光谱曲线。结果表明,粒度小于0.2 mm的废渣着色剂熔化良好,着色均匀,加入不超过废渣用量5%的调节剂,能使玻璃着成蓝色、绿色、黄绿色、棕红色以及黑色等各种颜色。In order to solve the environmental pollution caused by industrial waste, reduce production costs color glass, chrome slag and manganese slag as the main raw material for the preparation of glass colorants production color glass, X-ray diffraction analyzer to determine the batch melting conditions, the use of spectroscopic HF722 photometer spectral curve. The results show that the particle size of less than 0.2 mm slag colorants melt good, evenly colored. Add the regulator the amount of does not exceed 5 % of slag, make glass with blue, green, yellow-green, brown of red, black and other colors.
