摘　　要：大类招生、分流培养,目前主要有三种模式:一是文理科基础班、实验班的个别大类招生模式,二是以独立学院尤其民办学院为单位的大类招生模式,三是全校性的大类招生模式。大类招生符合以人为本的教育理念,但也在专业选择、课程设置与班级管理方面提出了新的挑战,我们要更新观念,从精英教育的思维中解放出来,在普及性教育中思考其对策与出路。There are three modes in general college admission and education. The first mode is the general admission such as basic class of science and arts, and experimental class. The second is based on independent college, especially private college. The third is the general public admission. General admission accords with people-oriented educational ideologies but new challenges crops up in major choice, curriculum design and class management. So it is necessary to renew our understanding, set our thoughts free from elite education, and find way out in public education.
