摘  要:文章采用问卷调查、方差分析、相关性分析等方法研究泰国SUNEE酒店员工满意度及其影响因素,发现SUNEE酒店员工满意度水平总体较高,酒店员工的留职意愿较强,个体因素、组织因素是影响员工酒店员工满意度的重要因素。据此,建议酒店要根据个体差异,采取针对性措施提高员工满意度,优化完善酒店的薪酬体系,创造良好的工作环境,解决员工的后顾之忧,同时还要营造良好的组织氛围。The article uses the questionnaire, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and other methods to research the employee satisfaction and its influencing factors of SUNEE hotel in Thailand, and found that the employee satisfaction of SUNEE is at a high level, most employees wish to continue to work for this hotel, individual and organizational factors are important factors that affect employee satisfaction. Accordingly, we suggest the hotel adopt specific measures to improve employee satisfaction according to individual differences, improve and perfect the salary system of the hotel, create a good working environment to ease the worries behind the employees and create a good organization atmosphere.
