摘  要:研究了"注胶"过程对橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,经过注射机喷嘴后,混炼胶料的黏度、模量均降低,硫化曲线的最低转矩(ML)、最高转矩(MH)亦降低,胶料温度明显升高,混炼胶的分子链断裂及网格破坏增加;硫化胶的性能基本没有变化;产品的性能也基本不变。In this pape,the effect of injection process on the properties of rubber was studied.The results showed that the performance of the rubber passed through the nozzle of injection machinery was changed obviously, the viscosity and modulus of the mixed rubber decreased, as well as the ML and MH of the compound, but the temperature of the rubber increased significantly. Both the ratio of network destruction and polymer chain fracture increased. The performance of both the vulcanized rubber and the product kept unchangeable basically.
