青年农民工及国企青工思想道德情感问题的调查与研究

摘　　要："青年即未来",在当今这样一个深刻转型的社会里,密切关注和深入了解他们的思想"脉动"和道德情感状况十分必要。实证研究结果表明:当前最让人耽心的是农村外出务工青年的思想道德情感问题,他们缺乏安全感和归属感,生活单调孤寂,对社会有着较深的埋怨心理,容易铤而走险。国企青年工人虽然思想心态比较阳光,对未来抱有很大的希望;但过于追求物质和自我,社会责任感和理想追求存在着灰化和矮化的趋势。“The youth stand for a nation’s future and hope .” Thus ,it’s necessary to pay close attention to and know profoundly about their ideological “pulse”and their ethical and emotional situations in today ’s transitional society .The results of an empirical study indicate that the biggest cause for concern is the ideological ,ethical and emotional problems of rural young migrants because they lack a sense of security and belonging ,usually lead a lonely and dull life ,have deep complaints about society and are likely to rush into danger .Meanwhile ,young workers of the state -owned enterprise have a sunny psychology and are hopeful of the future , but they pursue materials and self -esteem too much ,and their sense of social responsibility and pursuit of ideals tend to be less-ened and dwarfed .
