尖牙远中移动优先在拥挤拔牙病例牙齿排齐阶段中的应用

摘　　要：选择上前牙区中度以上拥挤、需减数前磨牙的患者11例,采用尖牙远移优先的方法排齐牙列。结果提示:只要严格选择适应证,此方法可能是临床操作更为便捷、可行的牙齿排齐方法。1 1 patients with moderate or severe crowding in the anterior arch were treated with 4 premolar extraction.After canine distaliza-tion first approach,the teeth were aligned and leveled.The results of the study suggest that,with strict implementation of indication,this method may be a viable treatment for the moderate or severe crowding anterior.
