摘　　要：根据煤气主管压力调节阀的特性曲线,构建出压力调节阀改变量的数学模型,并在此模型的基础上,针对调节阀的特性及焦炉加热系统的工艺要求,利用前反馈的控制方法消除系统的阶跃干扰,使得回炉煤气主管压力能够稳定在给定压力上,系统现场运行效果良好。According to the characteristics curve of the pressure control valve on gas main pipe, this paper establishes a mathematical model of variables of pressure control valve. On that basis, step dis- turbance of the system is removed with feed-forward control method according to the characteristic of control valve and process requirement of coke oven heating system, so that the pressure of recycled gas main pipe could be stabilized at the prescribed value,and the system has been well operated at site.
