新信息化环境下高校图书馆业务流程与服务重组研究述评

摘　　要：在新信息环境下,高校图书馆面临着两大亟待解决的难题,即业务流程与信息资源服务的优化重组。分析了业务流程及服务重组理论和实践的产生背景,进而探讨了高校图书馆原有业务流程和服务模式存在的问题,并且以解决问题为目标,总结归纳了国内外高校图书馆关于业务流程和服务优化重组的内容和方案。综合国内外现有对业务流程与资源服务重组的相关研究,结合西安电子科技大学图书馆实际工作,对这一问题给出了自己的见解。Under the new information environment, university library is facing two major problems, the optimization of busi- ness process and information resource service reorganization. This paper analyzed the background of the theory and practice about business process and service reorganization, and then discussed the existing problems of college library＇s current business process and service mode. With solving the problems as the goal, it summarized the content and scheme for optimizing and restructuring business processes and service in domestic and foreign university library, and gave some opinions on the basis of domestic and foreign related study and practical work.
