摘　　要：实践是培养大学生解决实际问题必不可少的教学环节,实践基地建设在人才培养中具有不可替代的作用。本文针对国家级大学生校外实践教育基地建设的有关内容,建设了四层次企业实践教学体系,设计每个层次的实践内容。在此基础上调整培养计划,以适应面向企业需求的把需要工作的人培养成工作需要的人的人才培养新模式。在硬件投入上北京市教委、学校和企业所给予的大力支持。分层的企业实践的管理体制建设。企业对实践基地建设的认识。Practice is essential teaching to train university students to solve practical problems. The building practice base plays an irreplaceable role in the talent training. In this paper, we build a four stages corporate practice teaching system, and design practical content of each stage for the construction of national level practice education base. Furthermore, we reform teaching programs, and form new talent training model to suit industrial-oriented needs to train people who need to work into the persons whom market needs. Beijing Municipal Education Commission, university and enterprises provide enough support on the hardware investment.
