摘　　要：大型仪器设备开放基金能促进开放共享,有效提高大型仪器设备的使用效益,保证大型仪器设备运行处于良性循环。基于大型仪器设备开放基金手工管理中存在的问题,建设了大型仪器设备开放基金信息系统,优化了管理流程,提高了管理水平和效率,对学校科研工作和人才培养提供了条件支撑。large-scale instrument open fund can enhance the utilization and promote open sharing. Based on the problems existed in large-scale instrument open fund manual management we build a system to manage open fund. As a result, optimizing the management process, enhancing management efficiency and providing support for scientific research.
