葛根胶囊对高脂血症人群降血脂功能研究

摘　　要：探讨葛根胶囊对高脂血症人群辅助降血脂作用。将110例高脂血症者按血脂水平随机分为试食组和对照组,试食组连续服用受试物30 d。服用前后测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)水平和安全性指标。试食后试食组TC水平明显下降,下降率为12.06%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TG水平明显下降,下降率为15.48%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL-C水平无明显变化。各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。葛根胶囊对高脂血症人群具有辅助降血脂作用。To observe the effect of Radix Puerariae Capsule on lowering serum lipid in hyperlipidemia population. 110 hyperlipidemia volunteers were divided into test group and control group randomly according to contents of serum lipid.Serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and indexes of safety were determined at the end of 30 days. Levels of TC and TG in test group decreased significantly comparing with control group and were different between before and after test , the rate of descent were 12.06%and 15.48%respectively. All kinds of indexes of safety in the experiment did not change. Radix Puerariae Capsule has the effect on lowering serum lipid in hyperlipidemia population.
