翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉48例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法48例患者均行翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术，术后对疗效及复发情况进行随访。结果所有患者术后无睑球粘连、眼球运动受限、高眼压等严重并发症。术后随访3个月~12个月，仅2眼复发（3.8%）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To explore the pterygium excision with autologous conjunctival flap transplantation clinical curative effect for the treatment of pterygium. Methods 48 cases were performed pterygium excision with autologous conjunctival flap transplantation,postoperative therapeutic effects and relapse of postoperative follow-up. Results All of the postoperative patients without serious complications such as symblepharon,limited eye movement,high intraocular pressure,etc. Recurrence of postoperative follow-up of 3-12 months only 2 eyes （3.8%）.Conclusion The pterygium excision with autologous conjunctival flap transplantation is a safe and effective method to pterygium treatment.
