摘 要:针对"液压与气压传动"、"电液比例控制系统"、"液压控制系统"等课程理论抽象、实践性强、系统和元件工作过程的封闭性等特点,从流体传动及控制专业方向课程体系的角度出发,提出了将仿真软件Fluid SIM、Automation Studio、AMESim应用于"液压与气压传动"教学;Automation Studio、AMESim应用于"电液比例控制系统"教学;AMESim应用于"液压控制系统"教学,同时给出了具体应用实例.实践表明,该方法可以极大地激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生对抽象知识的理解和掌握,提高学生的工程实践能力,并为实际液压元件和液压控制系统的设计改造、学校的教学和科研平台的搭建提供了一个新的手段.Aim at the charactisetics of theoretical abstraction, strong practicality, closed systems and components of the work process in courses of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, electro-hydraulic proportional control system, hydraulic control system etc, and from the aspect of the course system of fluid power transmission and control specialty direction, proposals were that FluidSIM, Automation Studio and AMESim simulation software should be applied in the teaching of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, Automation Studio and AMESim simulation software should be applied in the teaching of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, AMESim simulation software should be applied in the teaching of hydraulic control system. Practical application exampls were listed. The practices show that this way can greatly inspire students' learning interest, prompt students' understanding and mastering for abstract knowledge, develope students' engineering practice ability, and provide a new practical way to hydraulic component and hydraulic control system design and reform and platform establishment of experiment teaching and research.
