摘　　要：对ELISA的具体操作过程进行了梳理,讨论了操作过程中的注意事项。根据测量不确定度规范性文件的要求,结合要素的注意事项对ELISA检测过程中的不确定度分量进行了初步分析。After analyzing the detailed operating procedures of ELISA methods systematically,the operational considerations of ELISA are discussed. According to the requirements of normative documents of measurement uncertainty,the components of ELISA uncertainty preliminarily based on the consideration factors are analyzed.
