摘　　要：《财务报表分析》是一门综合性、实践性都很强的课程,对于提高学生的综合素质有着重要的作用。通过分析目前《财务报表分析》课程教学中存在的问题,提出对该课程在培养目标、教学方法、考核等方面进行改革,提高学生的分析问题、解决问题的能力,为学生的职业发展奠定良好的基础。＂Financial statement analysis＂ is a comprehensive, practical course, has an important role in improving the overall quality of students. Through the analysis of the current private universities financial statement analysis＂ course teaching problems, put forward in the course of the training objectives, teaching methods, assessment and other aspects of the reform, improve the students＂ competitiveness so as to improve the competitiveness of the school.
