摘　　要：高校预算绩效考核,不仅是适应国家宏观政策的需要,也是高校自我发展的需要,是高校预算管理工作的重要环节。文章通过某高校预算绩效考核的具体实践,探讨了预算绩效考核的基本做法和在实践中需要注意的几个问题。universities budget performance evaluation is not only to meet the needs of the national policy, but also to meet the need for the development of universities. It is also an important part of the budget management in universities. From the perspective of the practice of the budget performance evaluation of the university, this paper discusses the application of the budget performance evaluation and some problems.
