摘　　要：高职院校教学督导工作,是推进教育教学改革,提高教学质量的重要保障。长沙职业技术学院确立了院系两级教学督导管理模式,建立了比较有效的教学督导运行机制。构建和完善教学督导工作机制需要从督导工作制度、督导队伍建设,督导信息反馈等方面入手,不断提高教学督导工作和管理水平。The teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges, teaching reform is to promote education, improve the quality of teaching. Changsha vocational and technical college has established departments two levels of teaching supervision management mode, the establishment of a more effective teaching supervision mechanism. To build and perfect the teaching supervision work mechanism need to work from the supervision system and the con- struction supervision, the supervision information feedback and so on aspects, constantly improve the teaching super- vision work and management level.
