摘　　要：21世纪第一个十年,北京市总工会全面履行工会各项职能,工会工作取得新的进步。发挥工人阶级主力军作用,为首都发展建功立业;维护职工合法权益,发展和谐劳动关系;提高职工队伍整体素质,推动职工文化繁荣发展;提高帮扶职工能力,构建工会服务体系;工会组织不断壮大,自身建设日益加强。In the first ten years of 21st century, Beijing general trade unions has totally performed every functions and trade unions work has achieved new progresses. Trade unions has played the role of the main force of the working class, and built up establishment for capital progress. Trade unions has protected workers＇ lawful rights, and developed harmonious labor relations. Trade unions has improved the overall quality of workers, and promoted the prosperous development of employee culture. Trade unions has improved the ability of helping staff and established service systems of trade unions. Trade unions has been much stronger and self construction has increasingly enhanced.
