摘　　要：现行的高校基层组织模式越来越不适应高校发展的趋势,需要进行改革探索以适应当前的需求。文章分析了当前大部分高校基层组织模式运行中存在的问题,并提出了基层组织建设改进的策略,探索了以课程群建立教学团队、以学科为导向建立团队等模式。The current model of college basic organizations can＇t fit in with the trend of the development of the colleges and universities,so reform must be carried out to satisfy the current needs.The author analyzes the existing problems in the operation of basic organization pattern in colleges and universities and puts forward some strategies,exploring to set up a teaching team in the form of curriculum group and subject orientation.
