摘 要:针对城乡用地供需矛盾日益突出的现状,以合理划分城乡用地为目标,对城乡用地综合分区的相关方法进行梳理,提出基于决策树的城乡用地综合分区理论体系,构建在GIS技术平台的支持下对限定性因子和非限定性因子分别进行评价的方法。在此基础上,以安徽省凤台县为例,采用决策树法对煤矿资源城市进行综合分区,并对研究结果进行分析和评价,该方法可为未来资源型城市用地综合分区的实际应用提供参考。According to the urban and rural land supply and demand contradictions, it became increasingly prominent. Taking rational division of urban and rural land use as a goal, this paper analyzed the correlation method for urban and rural land use zoning, proposed the decision tree of the urban and rural land use zoning theory system, built on GIS technology platform support for the limiting factors and factors which were non - limiting method for evaluation. On this basis, taking Fengtai County of Anhui Province as an example, used a decision tree method for coal resources integrated urban district, and carried on the analysis and evaluation of the results. This method could provide a reference for future practical application of the urban land partition about resource type city.
