摘  要:以石墨稀/泡沫镍复合电极,采用循环伏安法,用于重金属离子汞的检测,研究了其电化学眭能,并优化实验条件。当在pH=10.20的NH3刊H4Cl缓冲溶液中,最佳扫描速率为100mV·s-1时,为最佳实验条件。测试图中在0.41V左右处出现明显的氧化峰,Hg2+浓度与氧化峰电流在5.0×10-8mol·L-1~3.0×10-7mol·L-1范围内有良好线性关系,线性方程为Ipa=5.336+1.212c(lpa为峰电流,单位mA;C为Hg2+浓度,单位μmol·L-1),线附目关系数和检出限分别为0.9921和2.9×10-8mol·L-1。Used graphene/nickel foam combined electrode, adopted CV in the determination of heavy metal ion mercury, researched its electrochemical performances, and optimized the experimental conditions. When the pH of NH3-NH4CI buffered solution was 10.20, the optimal scan rate was 100 mV·s-1, it was the optional experimental conditions. There was a obvious oxidation peak around the 0.41V in the test pattern, Hg2+ concentration had good linear relation with oxidation peak current in the range of 5.0×10-8 mol.L-1-3.0×10-7 mol.L-1, the linear equation was Ipa =5.336+1.212c(Ipa is peak current, unit is mA, c is Hg2+ concentration, unit is μmol.L-1), the linearly dependent coefficient and detection limit were 0.9921 and 2.9×10-8 mol.L-1.
