摘 要:针对岸边集装箱起重机电动机选型设计时,人工计算存在易出错耗时长的问题,采用产生式规则理论方法,以起升机构电动机选型为例,对选型知识合理分类并进行知识表示,建立相应规则库,给出合理的知识推理模型.在此基础上,运用Power Builder 11.5软件平台设计出一个岸桥起重机电动机选型系统,通过实例验证了该方法的可用性.结果表明:采用产生式规则理论所选型号与人工计算一致,且该系统选型周期较短,避免了容易出现失误等不足.It is difficult to make decisions in the selection of Quayside Container Crane (QCC) motor, because of the long design cycle and complex computation progress. In this paper, the motor selection of the QCC hoisting mechanism is set as the research object, and the production knowledge representation is employed to indicate the rules of selection. Moreover, the rule database is established, and specific knowledge reasoning model is provided. Based on the above concerns, a QCC motor selection system is built on PowerBuilder 11.5 and an example is given to show the availability of the proposed system. The results show that the motor selected by the production rules is the same as that of the manual calculation decision, while the system design cycle is shorter and less prone to mistakes. This proposed method will provide guideline for future QCC selection.
