利培酮在伴有睡眠障碍的孤独症儿童中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 观察利培酮在伴有睡眠障碍的孤独症儿童中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年1-6月我院收治的伴有睡眠障碍的孤独症患儿116例为临床研究对象,所有患儿给予利培酮进行治疗,对比干预前后患儿睡眠障碍常见问题评分和睡眠质量评分的差异性。结果 干预前、后睡眠障碍常见问题评分相比较：患儿干预前后异态睡眠、睡眠呼吸障碍、白天嗜睡无明显差异,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;患儿干预后就寝习惯、入睡潜伏期、睡眠持续时间、睡眠焦虑、夜醒评分优于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预前、后睡眠质量评分相比较：患儿干预后睡眠质量评分优于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 利培酮在伴有睡眠障碍的孤独症儿童中的应用效果确切,能够有效改善患儿睡眠障碍症状,改善睡眠质量,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of risperidone in children with autism accompanied by sleep disorders.Methods From January to June 2014 in our hospital 116 cases of children with autism and sleep disorders were slected, all patients treated with risperidone for treatment, before and after the intervention common problems score and sleep quality score differences were compared in children with sleep disorders. Results Intervention before and after sleep disorders common problems score： compared with before and after the intervention parasomnias, sleep apnea and the daytime sleepiness had no difference, there was nostatistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; Children went to bed after intervention habits, anxiety, sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep night awake score was better than that of before intervention, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; comparison of sleep quality score before and after intervention： sleep quality score of children after the intervention was better than that of before intervention, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risperidone in exactly the application result of autistic children with sleep disorders, can effectively improve sleep disorder in children with symptoms, improve the sleep quality, it is worthy of popularization and application.
