囊袋张力环在晶体脱位性继发性青光眼的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨囊袋张力环在治疗晶体脱位性继发性青光眼中的应用。方法 随机选取于2012年6月-2014年12月期间在我院进行治疗的患有晶体脱位继发性的青光眼患者68例,对其进行超声乳化术,连续环形撕囊后进行囊袋张力环的植入等,观察记录以上患者的临床治疗效果。结果 术后患者眼压及视力恢复情况均显著优于术前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,随访未出现并发症患者。结论 对外伤导致的晶体脱位继发青光眼的患者进行张力环的应用治疗能够显著增加手术的安全性,避免人工晶体的偏离,有效控制眼压,减少了手术并发症的发生,有助于患者视力的快速恢复。Objective To explore the application of capsular tension ring in treating secondary glaucoma caused by crystal dislocation. Methods A total of 68 cases of secondary glaucoma patients caused by crystal dislocation from June 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected, and these patients received phacoemulsification and tension ring implantation after continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis. And, the clinical effects of these patients were observed and recorded. Results IOP and visual recovery of patients after the surgery were significantly better than those before the surgery, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Complications didn＇t occur in the followup of patients. Conclusion The tension ring in curing patients with secondary glaucoma caused by crystal dislocation can significantly increase the safety of surgery, avoid IOL deviation, effectively control IOP, reduce the incidence of surgical complications, and help the rapid recovery of patients＇ vision.
