依达拉奉联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为联合治疗组(48例)和对照组(42例)。两组患者入院后均给予抗血小板凝集、稳定血压、降脂稳定斑块、减轻脑水肿、康复训练等常规基础治疗。联合治疗组同时予依达拉奉注射液30 mg,加入质量分数9 g/L氯化钠溶液100 ml中静脉滴注,2次/d;长春西汀注射液20 mg,静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组仅予依达拉奉注射液,用药方法同联合组。治疗周期14 d,治疗结束时对临床疗效和安全性进行评估、分析。结果联合治疗组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分和神经功能缺损评分较对照组降低更为明显,且联合治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合长春西汀治疗方案对急性脑梗死具有更好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of treatment for acute cerebral infarction using edaravone combined with vinpocetine .Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups：combined treatment group （ 48 cases ） and control group （ 42 cases） .All patients were given anti-platelet,antihypertensive,hypolipidemic and other routine treatment .Also,the cerebral edema was alleviated and rehabilitation training was performed .Patients in combined treatment group were also given edaravone 30 mg, twice per day （ added in 100 ml sodium chloride solution with mass fraction of 9 gL/） combined with vinpocetine 20 mg,once per day by intravenous drip .While, patients in control group were only given edaravone with the same prescription as the combined treatment group .The clinical efficacy and safety were assessed and analyzed after a course of 14 days.Results The scores of National Institute of health stroke scale （ NIHSS ） and neurological function deficits scale decreased more in combined treatment group than in control group .And the total efficiency of treatment was higher in combined treatment group than in control group .The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Edaravone combined with vinpocetine get better clinical curative effect for acute cerebral infarction .
