摘　　要：目的探讨DJ-1蛋白和PTEN蛋白在各类型脑膜瘤的表达及其与良性脑膜瘤的复发和演进的关系。方法选取广东同江医院2010-2014年手术切除脑膜瘤病例72例,其中良性（WHOⅠ级）术后无复发的脑膜瘤50例,术后复发良性脑膜瘤12例,高级别脑膜瘤（WHOⅡ~Ⅲ级）10例。采用免疫组化检测DJ-1及PTEN在脑膜瘤组织中的表达。结果 DJ-1及PTEN在术后无复发的、术后复发的良性脑膜瘤及高级别的脑膜瘤表达不同,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;DJ-1、PTEN的表达强度与良性脑膜瘤的复发和演进呈正相关。结论 DJ-1、PTEN的表达与良性脑膜瘤的复发和演进相关。[ Objective ] To investigate the expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN in various types of meningiomas and the relationship between benign meningiomas relapse and evolution. [ Methods ] Seventy-two specimens of meningiomas,performed resections in Guangdong Tongjing hospital from2010 to 2014, were chosen,in which ,50 were benign （WHO grade Ⅰ ）meningiomas which without relapsed after surgery,12 were meningiomas which relapsed after surgery,10 were high grade meningiomas（WHO grade Ⅱ- Ⅲ）.The expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemical in meningioma tissue. [ Results ] The expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN were significantly different among the benign meningiomas without relapse after surgery,relapsed after surgery and the high grade meningiomas（P〈0.05）;the expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN had a positive correlation. [ Conclusion ] The expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN are positively correlated with the benign meningiomas relapse and evolution.
