Effects of Movement Training Combined with Jiaji Points Acupuncture on the Functional Recovery of Sciatic Nerve in Rats

摘  要:目的:探讨运动训练结合针刺夹脊穴治疗对坐骨神经损伤大鼠神经功能恢复的影响。方法:以200±20g雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为5组:模型组、运动训练组、针刺组、运动训练结合针刺组、假手术组;造模1周后对各组进行为时3周的、不同方法的干预治疗,在造模前后每周测量各组大鼠的坐骨神经功能指数和坐骨神经传导速度。结果:干预3周后,运动训练结合针刺组的SFI、MCV、SCV恢复速度最快,与其余各组(除假手术组)差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05、P〈0.01);运动训练组SFI低于假手术组,MCV、SCV快于假手术组,但差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:运动训练结合针刺夹脊穴对周围神经损伤的治疗效果最佳,可有效改善大鼠坐骨神经功能。Objective:To investigate the influence of movement training combined with Jiaji points acupuncture on the functional recovery of sciatic nerve in rats. Methods:60 cases of 200 20g male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group, movement training group, acupuncture group, movement training combined with acupuncture group, sham operation group;1 week after molding, used different interventions to each group for 3 weeks, and measured the sciatic nerve functional index and sciatic nerve conduction velocity of each group of rats every week before and after molding. Results:After 3 weeks of invention, the recovery of SFI, MCV, SCV of movement training combined with acupuncture group was the fast-est, and the differences among the rest groups (expert sham operation group) had statistical significance (P〈0.05, P〈0.01);the SFI of movement train-ing group was lower than that of sham operation group, MCV, SCV were faster than those of sham operation group, but the diferences had no statisti-cal significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of movement training combined with Jiaji points for peripheral nerve injury is the best, which can effectively improve the sciatic nerve function of rats.
